Counting Down

Thanks to Peter for setting up this blog for me ... I'm planning to post something each day I'm gone, and I fly out tomorrow, so check back when you can.
Alex is at Space Camp, and I am making final preparations for the trip, which, of course, included a stop at my favorite music store of all time -- Vinyl Fever in Tallahassee, FL. In case you don't know, Tallahassee is my hometown, and I am here for the first time in 8 years (10, if you don't count a 60-hour or so visit for my brother's wedding in 1999). The photo I'll post tonight is from the trash can outside Vinyl Fever, which I take to be "public art example #1." There are so many more photos to take of Tallahassee, but they will have to wait until I return from Europe.
